I contacted Markle for carpenter ants and had a two cycle treatment back in November. The technician was great when he came out. I saw an ant here and there immediately following the treatment, but assumed it would take a couple days to fully take effect. I continued to see ants, so I called back today. I was told my service had no warranty and that I would have to pay for the full cycle of treatment again. This was less than two months since the last time they were out. This tells me that they don’t stand behind their work.I was told by the technician that they were merging or purchased by a larger company, and changing their name. Markle is extremely professional and their services work!!! My husband and I haven’t seen a bug inside of our home since we began using markle and that was over three years ago. Not only do their services work, the staff is extremely friendly and courteous as well! Just all around good service!
