Margaret Custom Alterations

I took 5 of my custom sport coats in for tailoring after losing some weight. I was about to donate them to charity assuming it was a lost cause, but this place did a great job on the alterations and reconstruction and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

The services and skill level at Margaret’s Alterations are world class. They fixed a custom silk blouse from Asia that had some tailoring issues, and it didn’t drape properly along the bust on one side. She immediately knew how to resolve the issues. She also recognized that unnecessary front waist darts pulled the back fabric at the waist, making the fabric look baggy across the back. I know it is challenging to sew/press silk satin, especially the curved seams. Not only did the tailor fix the problems, she pressed everything perfectly so one can’t tell there were stitches removed. Amazing Service! We came in last minute day before Thanksgiving to hem a jumpsuit and she attended to us right away! Super kind and attentive. The hem alterations were amazing! So happy and satisfied with this business.
