MARBLELIFE continues its streak of 5-star reviews! Our marble floors were losing their luster. Patrick thoroughly assessed our floors and made sensible recommendations. The MARBLELIFE estimate crushed the othger two vendors. One floor refinisher even tried to include sales tax in their inflated quote (no such tax for this work in Texas). Luis and Gonzalo arrived on-time and knew exactly what needed to be done. Both men were polite, skilled professionals. I was briefed at every step of the process. Five hours later and our home truly sparkles. See selected photos below. Soon they will head over to my son's house to work on their polished concrete floors. Bottom line: Stop looking! Patrick with Marblelife of Dallas, came to our home to give us a quote. He was on time, was professional, explained the process of cleaning and polishing our marble floors, our marble shower, floors and vanities. And he cheerfully answered all our questions. After taking measurements, he provided a quote on the spot. We were so impressed with Patrick, we immediately made an appointment. Luis and Gonzalo were on time, worked tirelessly for 2 solid days and did an absolutely fantastic job. Our floors, etc. had not been professionally cleaned and were 20 plus years old, so we were not expecting a lot. However, all our floors, shower and vanities now took absolutely amazing; so bright, clean and shiny (and they buffed/removed all the stains and etching). Marblelife of Dallas has far exceeded our expectations and we are beyond thrilled. Thank you so much for the great service and kudos to Patrick, Luis, Gonzalo and to Lori in the office for all the incredible work. This is a class company and these are class employees who care about results and how the final results look - they want their customers happy. My wife and I were impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Patrick was when he came to give us an estimate to fix our kitchen counters. We didn't know the difference between a stain or an etch, but Patrick explained it all. Gonzalo came two days later and did a fantastic job to make our counters shine like new.
