A/c went out last nite. I called The answering service and Brandon called me 10 min later. It was late & could he come early today. Brandon was here by 9:00 am & after being outside working on the compressor, told me a/C needed a new motor, showed me cost & went right away to company’s distribution, center and installed, waited until my house started to cool down a couple of degrees. Brandon is knowledgeable, professional and a very good tech who made sure I have A/C working. I have Used M.B Kiser for almost 30 years. And for good reason, very responsive and considerate of client. Highly recommend
John was wonderful and when you call them at the office they go out of there way to help you. Definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future for our AC!
