Both of the nail techs that worked with me were very pushy. The woman who did my pedicure was impatient and when she wanted me to put a foot in the water or switch feet or whatever… She tapped on my foot extremely fast and firmly and if I didn't respond quick enough she would push my foot towards me and then in the water. I thought she was pretty curt and extremely unfriendly, however if it was just this bossy and somewhat mean behavior alone, I could let it slide. The woman who did my actual fingernails however was a downright BULLY.I'm not being dramatic, I played sports my whole life and I am no "wimp". I love coming to this salon. It’s the only salon that ever gets my nails right. I love my technician, Chloe as she always understands what I want exactly.I would give 5 stars to Chloe. I don’t know how this salon works their schedule, but they always forget that I want my eyebrows waxed, and today, was just upsetting. I was on a time crunch since my tech wasn’t able to get to me until 15 minutes after my appointment time. I hadn’t realized the design I wanted would be so time consuming so I even told the design tech to do fewer nails as I was going to see my friend who I hadn’t seen in years. Paul is hands-down one of the best nail techs in the entire world. I have been getting my nails done for 8 years now and it took 7 of those to find him. I have never had someone not only do an amazing job but be consistent, on time and creative. I send everyone his way, I swear every Pinterest picture he makes it look better, it took me a while to leave this review because I was trying to gate keep Paul but it’s time to share his art with the world ?
