Bri is a total ROCK STAR here!! Her customer service skills are absolutely impeccable. She’s friendly, has great energy, and is so sweet, kind, considerate, and caring. She seems like a people person and is always engaged with her customers. Not to sound like I’m old LOL but I feel like most of this younger generation seems to lack just basic customer service skills and etiquette. It’s something that I look for and strive to provide myself working in healthcare. I had a severe allergic reaction after a tanning session. I recently signed up at Glow Tanning, and so far I’m really impressed! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to give me a full tour of the facility, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy I chose Glow Tanning and look forward to continuing to come here. Highly recommend!
Went into glo the other day and I had such a great experience with Laila! I’m not too familiar with the different beds and services and she was super informative. Hire more associates like Laila!
