Louis Vuitton Dallas Northpark Mall

I called to see if they had a wallet in stock and the girl who picked up, Jessica, was extremely rude. She talked to me with an attitude, sucked her teeth, and just seem like she didn't want to be there this morning. I gave the product number and She said they have limited and can't hold it for me. Well, Maybe bc I'm buying a $600 wallet and that was too cheap for her ?‍♀️ Never had experienced this at a Louis!

Really bad customer service especially if you need to do a return. One staff lied and told me I need to have original credit card on hand when in reality they could do the refund automatically to the card. They make you go to galleria location to do the refund. Utterly disappointed

Perplexed… Dropped off a purse for repair. It’s ready for pickup sooner than expected. They sent a text and email. Awesome! I called to pay for the repair and have it sent to my home in Oklahoma. You can’t talk to anyone at this store location, nor can they transfer your call. It’s a call center, they don’t accept payments.Per the call center they will reach out to me in 1 to 3 days? My phone doesn’t recognize unknown numbers. Who’s going to call me, email me? My text says, it’s ready for pickup or shipment. I can’t even notify anyone to ship it or pay.

I am writing to share my experience at Louis Vuitton on February 8th, 2024. My husband and I took our daughter to the Northpark Mall for a shopping day. While we were there, she wanted to go into the Louis Vuitton Store (although this is not yet her budget (-: ). However, we wanted her to see what it was like inside the store for what is yet to come in her future. We were so blessed that your client advisor Marawee (Wilma) Tan was there. Her service was fantastic, the selection was beautiful, the value for the cost was perfect, and Wilma showed our daughter so much love that day and gifted her with two perfume samples and a beautiful catalog to take home. I want to express my gratitude for Wilma because she made the day special and gave our daughter something to look forward to! It was a small token that made the most significant impact, and our daughter fell in love with Louis Vuitton that day! Thank you again, Wilma, and have a great day!

They’re not really friendly here. They just stare and don’t greet. Seems like this location caters to a certain “type” of customer. They at least had in stock everything I was looking for.

I have called three times regarding a problem I am having with my Artsy bag. I have talked to three people ad nauseam about my issue and then even went to the store and had the sales person take photos. He said he would make sure I was taken care of or that at least someone from the store would call me back. I have had to call them THREE MORE TIMES with NO RESULT!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LV!!!! I have purchased 4 BAGS from this Northpark location and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LV again from this store.

This is a rough store. Lied on the bag I wanted saying it wasn't available at Galleria or online or FW. I even doubled backed and the SA pushed me to another bag. Went right to the galleria and bought it.
