We use Lonestar for our business and Josh has always been attentive to our needs and helpful with suggestions on systems he feels would work best for us. I would recommend them to anyone that requires POS, networking or telecom services. Great customer service and always a delight to work with!

We spent thousands, buying several piece of hardware and software. Never got the cables we were supposed to get, and they could not set up the pos system they sold us to even work. They registered the software in their name instead of ours, so we could not get tech support from the company that sold the software. Blamed our operating system on why a printer would not work - so we upgraded our operating system... and still did not work. They would not return calls. Just terrible customer service in my book.
