The team at Lon Smith Roofing was incredibly professional and responsive from the initial sales process through the roof installation completion. Shannon, the person that did the estimate explained the pros and cons of the different classes of shingles and what the replacement included beyond just the shingles. She also walked me though what to expect during the installation. I chose to go with the Class 4 shingles, given the nature of weather in North Texas and the shingles ratings on wind and hail.
