I was nervous as I've not had the greatest experience growing up going to urgent cares, always a super long wait, etc. But this was delightful. They were able to take us as a walk in and saw my toddler quickly. They had X-rays in house which was so nice. Everything was fine thankfully but either way, the doctor was so gentle with my kiddo. It made me realize we need a new primary care doctor lol we didn't have to hold her down right away and he talked to her gently as he was checking her ears and stuff. What a difference. 10/10 would recommend
I have come here a few time especially when my daughters first began going to daycare. My primacy pediatrician does accept walking , but the 24:7 of this facility makes it incredibly helpful. They are also open partly during n the holiday. I’ve had consultations with a couple different providers and EACH time we are able to narrow it down and get a diagnosis and immediate treatment. I had one provider say “I’m treating my patient, not just symptoms” and that had stuck with me. She listened took action. Absolutely amazing! I took my son for a broken leg and the doctors and staff treated him so sweet and were very understanding of his emotions. I would highly recommend them to anyone with children. Thank you guys for making this experience a little less stressful for the both of us.
