This gym is a true hidden gem!!!!Love going here on Saturdays… It is so quiet and peaceful… They have every piece of equipment you could possibly need and zero crowds!!Always super clean which is a huge perk.The huge windows allow for natural light everywhere, making it very inviting with great views of downtown Dallas . If you want a great workout in a chill environment this is your spot!
This is the BEST GYM! This is the kind of place where the instructor is your friend, but also will constantly challenge you to be your best. Whatever level of fitness you’re at, the workout routine will work for you. When I first started here a year ago, I hadn’t worked out in years, but was in the same class as a recent marathon finisher.I highly recommend this place!
Great facility and even better team of trainers! The Lift House team trained me immediately following a major hip surgery customizing a program for me from crutches to no-limitations. I can’t thank I them enough for the support and guidance along this journey!
