They always try and make sure they provide the best service they can and try their hardest in working with you to ensure you don't owe much to the IRS if you have a 1099 haha. The price they charge is very reasonable considering the work they're doing for you. I'd recommend an appointment during March/April days haha. Their new website is also very useful! She will even break down the differences from the previous year to the next. By far the most trustworthy person to go to for filing your taxes.
