Rich has gone above and beyond to help me with a metal sunroom. Their young delivery driver, who told me he had only worked for the company a couple of months, is certified on all 4 lifts the company uses. He made sure he did everything safely, even checking with his office to confirm something he wasn’t comfortable with. He was very careful with his unloading, and did everything correctly, with all the safety steps. Thanks for being careful with the delivery, you will go far in life with such a caring attitude. I wish there were more Lansing's in DFW. These guys are not only professional, but unlike many of the other large Building products Suppliers they are friendly and welcoming. They don't make you feel like you are disturbing them when you call or just show up unannounced.I've got business accounts at multiple different suppliers across DFW, but Lansing is the one supplier that seems to go out of their way to truly help. If they don't have it they'll see if they can get it. All of the staff are courteous and helpful.
