We had such a wonderful experience with this company. There was a little mishap with delivery (mostly my fault) and the owner (who is wonderful) made the arrangements again and delivered them himself. So thoughtful, kind, and the arrangements are beautiful. We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you!

I received a call from the florist regarding an internet order, informing me that they could not deliver the flowers because they do not fulfill anonymous orders. I explained that they could include my name on the card, as I am well-known to the recipient. However, the owner insisted that they could only include the sender's name on the credit card, citing that the sender often become upset when the recipient don’t know who sent the flowers. I assured the owner that the recipient would recognise it was from me, but he still refused to proceed with the order. Unbeknownst to him, I had arranged multiple flower deliveries for that day, and his decision unfortunately disrupted my plans. Like dude just make the delivery it’s not that serious. Of course I ask for a full refund and they lost a life long customer.

Perfect case study of why you should use small businesses. Flowers are always phenomenal. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Never a doubt in my mind that things will be anything other than perfect.

Very rude and nasty attitude from the owner and can't accept when he is wrong. He clearly doesn't love what he does. Make it clear on your website what you expect from your customers before you say an order is complete and then suddenly cancel on the last minute.

I stopped in to request an arrangement for a co-worker who had gone through some particularly rough events in her life, the gentleman who assisted me asked which type of flowers she might like and put together an absolutely stunning floor arrangement. He added a vest variety of peonies, roses, daisies and more, the arrangement turned out so beautiful and I knew it would lift her spirits. Not only was it beautiful, it was also so fragrant and really helped usher in springtime into our office! I highly recommend Lake Highlands Florist for any of your floral needs!
