Madison Ray at LA Fitness has completely changed my experience with working out. You can genuinely tell he cares about the health, wellness, and success of every single person who walks through those doors. The level of professionalism, kindness, and class he brings is something I have honestly never experienced before in a gym.
Madison is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of fitness — even swimming — and takes the time to make people feel supported, informed, and motivated. He truly is the energy and light of the building. His passion for helping others shows in everything he does, and it makes a huge difference.
I’ve been coming to this LA Fitness for a bit and it’s gotten way better. I’ve had a few interactions with Rogers in the past that weren’t great, but lately the gym feels like it’s heading in a much better direction.
Jarrett was easy to work with helped me out, answered everything, no attitude. And you can tell the General Manager Madison has things running right. The place is cleaner, more organized, and the staff is actually engaged.
