I recently had an outstanding experience at LA Fitness, and I have to give a special shoutout to the manager (Terrence) on duty. From the moment I walked in with a concern, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. They listened attentively, resolved my issue quickly, and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to encounter that level of service at a gym, and it made a real difference. The facility is well-maintained, but it’s the staff — and leadership like this — that keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location.

5 stars all the way. The staff at LA Fitness always makes the gym feel welcoming, but I especially want to shout out Terence for being an incredible manager. He’s professional, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the members and the atmosphere of the gym. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that people feel comfortable walking through the doors.
