First I’d like to start off by saying that this company is unresponsive and unprofessional. No matter how many times I would contact them, they refused to answer any questions or help me solve my issues. They would just pass me off to the next person or ask me to call back another time. After spending more than enough money with this company I can thoroughly say that I am disappointed. I can not under good conscience recommend this company.
The company I work for used this service for quite some time and the customer service was almost non existent. Whenever we needed some sort of technical assistance, we would either not hear back or would not get the necessary information for us to be successful. I would not recommend this company to any other companies, as they will withhold your information when asking for assistance.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They were unable to provide the service I needed, which was incredibly frustrating. Customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. Additionally, I found the owner, Andrew, to be very difficult to deal with. He seemed unapproachable and unable to handle everyday problems. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
