I came in as a walk in and they were nice about it. Mariya was really nice and gave me a good cut. However, the price was not what is listed online. I was charged $85 for a wash, cut, and style when it says $65 online. This was not agreed on beforehand and was a shock when I got the total. So make sure to ask up front.
