This review is actually about customer service desk not floral. I went to gas station and no one was there to run my lottery tickets. I went inside to customer service and no one there. I asked for a manager. Manager responded but had no clue how to work machine. Looked around for 10mins to find someone to help me. Meanwhile the intercom announced for at least 10mins about a call holding on line for customer service. I was told she was the only person in store who knew how to work lottery machine. My question is what if this woman called in? Managers not trained to do all jobs. Result I went down the street to Tom Thimb and made groceries and got my tickets processed...read full review
