They provide a personalized bag for clothes, and offer text reminders when clothes are ready. They are fast, reliable, and dependable, with clothes always ready next day if dropped off early. Alterations are quick and done within 2-3 business days. The staff is very friendly, and clothes always come out perfect, fresh, and spotless. They have great communication and offer free delivery and pick up. Highly recommended.
The service is exceptional at Knox. The service attendant is super nice remembers me. They gave me my own personalized bag that I can go collect clothes throughout the week and then drop it off without having to wait for it to be counted. They’ve never tried it over charge me and they’ve been very dependable. The clothes is always ready next day if I get it to them early enough in the mornin. They provide text reminders when you’re close is ready. I highly recommend them. 👍
Came here twice. Once to get some pants starched and another time to get my suit dry cleaned. I was very happy with the outcome and turn around time. Drop off and pick up are a breeze
To whomever is going to read this, I'm very particular about who touches my clothes Knox cleaners. You have my business now. I had a three-piece suit cleaned. They did a perfect job. When I say perfect I mean perfect then the price was great
