This provider of medical supplies has been really good at times and frustrating at other times. Have had to change my infusion days while they verify my insurance which they do every month. If my infusion falls on the wrong day for them to verify it will be delayed. Have had the wrong supplies sent but fortunately they provided spares in the beginning. They are usually very good at calling every month to inform me of the shipment being delivered. Had a month where there was no supplies sent and no call. Listen. The American for-profit healthcare system is 97% trash verging on feeling like a scam most of the time. KabaFusion stands out as actually being caring, competent, trustworthy, and professional. You can get a human on the phone! Even after hours! They proactively do the check ins they're supposed to do without having to be reminded! You actually feel like they're paying attention to what is happening -- and sadly that is so rare that I felt compelled to sing their praises on Google reviews. If this is the company you've chosen for your home infusions (or, like me, they were just chosen for you), you're in good hands and can relax.
