Excellent and fast service. Now, I haven’t received my refund yet and did pay what I would say might not be extremely reasonable of a price BUT I understand sometimes you’re paying for the knowledge and not the time it takes for them to complete the job.
With what I received back I’m very happy. It seemed like the two ladies that overlooked my taxes knew what they were doing and did it fast and well. Which is worth the price. Very friendly to me as well. I would recommend over and over again as long as my refund comes back the way they say and I can’t see why it wouldn’t.

I don't recommend this service, very high prices for basic services and little real help to do your taxes. In the end you will end up paying an excessive amount for what they charge and for your taxes.

Horrible costumer service. I was with them for a little over two years and I continued to get screwed over time after time again. They would check my bank accts without my permission and changed my LLC to S-corp promising that i will pay less taxes and that was never the case. I paid double if not triple in those two years in taxes. They claim to do everything by the book, but called me once to do some sketchy things with my taxes and promised to give me money in return. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to my worse enemy. Stay away from this place!!

Since day one they gave me a weird vibe. It's like they wanted to establish their dominance over MY business. Always trying to change things and make them their way. Questioning me and moving expenses however they wanted to without letting me know. Asking me why i would buy my guys waters (take into consideration i am in the construction industry) charging me all the waters to my personal taxes. Signing into my bank accounts multiple times a week and just making things awkward. I would receive letter from IRS and they wouldn't resolve anything or get back with me on what was going on. Communication was definitely off and that's not how things should be when you're paying over $300 a month for their services. Getting charged over $1,000 every year just to file my taxes per business even though they had already done all my book keeping all year round. Almost felt like i had hired the IRS to work for me instead of a trustworthy accounting company. Definitely disappointed with myself more than with them for allowing this to go on for so many years. I finally fired them and i feel so much weight off my back. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone i know.
