I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Potter and his staff. Dr. Potter is patient, professional, very talented and he listens. The first opinion I got the doctor suggested a procedure that would’ve endangered my health. I wasn’t aware of the possible consequences until I met with Dr. Potter who refused to do that procedure and gave me the facts. After three surgeries of fat grafting to correct a birth defect, I have never looked better. I am so happy with the results I would never go anywhere else for my PS needs. It has changed my life. At the onset of my consultation, I was upset because I had experienced scheduling conflicts. Dr. Potter actively listened and acknowledged that my concerns had merit. He immediately excused himself to address his staff and review the computer. When he returned, he gave me a sincere apology with zero excuses. He came up with a resolution which far exceeded my expectations. The consultation was excellent. There was absolutely no pressure to add additional procedures, he articulated the process and the expected results extremely well. He is very transparent. Dr. Potter is amazing! You may have to wait a little past your appointment time, however when it is your turn, you have his full attention and he will answer all your questions before leaving the room. After my second diagnosis of breast cancer led to a double mastectomy he performed my reconstruction with DIEP. His PA, Kathleen, is also amazing. I will say that scheduling surgery, sonogram, follow ups after consults, having calls returned from office scheduler have been a nightmare.
