Had Ipad that needed a new battery. Had been told by Apple store that the battery could not be changed and buying a new IPAD was the only solution. I called Mohammed and he picked up the IPAD and put in a new battery and delivered it back to me. Very professional and kept me up to date all the way. Very pleased and would highly recommend his service.
Provided very good service and value.Mohammed picked up my iPad, at 7:00 pm, to repair broken screen. Called me the next morning to say that the battery test was marginal. I authorized an upgrade with a brand new battery. The battery was starting to show its age anyway. That evening, he delivered the iPad and walked me through the functional test process. He brought the old battery back as well at my request.Overall, a highly dependable and quality experience for me.
