We had a wonderful experience with the funeral services for my mom.
The team handled all the preparations, consulted with us on our preferences, and respected our Hindu traditions. They gave the priest the freedom to conduct the rituals without rushing. We were able to stream the service to our relatives in India who couldn't attend in person, and they were grateful that the live stream worked seamlessly.
HFTC took a great deal of anxiety out of the process through their flexibility and respect for diverse ethnicities and traditions, including the Hindu faith.
The facility is well-maintained, clean, and offers a calm, spiritual space for families to say goodbye and grieve.

I have used the Hughes Family Tribute Center twice now. For my dad and mother, cremation and celebration of life. These are good people who care about you. They were not only kind and economical compared to other funeral providers, but they did a lot of extra things that they did not have to do to make sure that both my parents had special celebration of life decorations. For instance, my dad loved the Dallas Cowboys, and they offered to do some decorations that reflected that he was a Cowboys fan. It was special that they wanted to do more than provide a funeral service, but was treating us like family.

From the very beginning, Abel—who served as the director and supervisor throughout the entire process—was exceptional in every sense. His punctuality and responsiveness stood out immediately. Through multiple conversations and careful coordination, he ensured we were always informed, never left uncertain, and consistently supported. In a time when everything can feel overwhelming and disorganized, Abel brought structure, clarity, and a reassuring sense of control. His ability to seamlessly manage every moving part, while keeping the cremation service precisely on schedule, meant more to us than words can fully express.
What truly made this experience remarkable, however, was the collective effort of a deeply committed and compassionate team. Marlon, who guided us through the last rituals, did so with immense patience, respect, and quiet strength. His presence was calming, never rushed, and deeply dignified—allowing us to honor our loved one in a meaningful and respectful way. It takes a special kind of person to handle such responsibilities with both precision and empathy, and Marlon embodied that balance beautifully.
Kate, who was in charge of the legal paperwork and formalities, ensured that everything was handled with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism. Administrative processes during such times can often feel burdensome, but she made them smooth and manageable, all while maintaining a kind, understanding, and human approach. Her support removed a significant amount of stress from our shoulders.
The audio-visual arrangements were handled seamlessly, allowing us to focus on remembrance without any technical concerns. The team member responsible ensured everything ran quietly and flawlessly in the background, creating a space where we could truly reflect and pay our respects without distraction.
We are also deeply grateful to the lady who transported our loved one from the hospital to the funeral facility. The care, gentleness, and dignity with which she carried out this responsibility did not go unnoticed. Even in that moment, there was a clear sense of respect and humanity that speaks volumes about the values upheld by this team.
Every interaction, every detail, and every role—no matter how big or small—was handled with thoughtfulness and empathy.
