Great until you are ready to cancel your membership. I have been attempting to cancel for almost a full month now. The manager waits weeks in between answering my emails. I had to cc corporate just to get a response. I was then told that there would be a document in the app for me to e-sign and cancel. Of course the document is not there. I sent a screenshot asking if the document could be emailed to me and yet again I’m waiting days for a response. I’ve now frozen my credit card until I get confirmation of cancellation because it seems as if they are planning to keep this going for another billing cycle. I will NEVER sign up with this company again.

Be aware before signing up, cancelling your membership with this company is as much of a nightmare as with any other gym. Just listened to my wife dealing with it.
Other than that, service seemed to have been okayish. Clearly not 100% worth the monthly membership fee.

I love working out at Hotworx! The facility is always super clean and well-maintained. It’s also really convenient with tons of class times available, so it’s easy to fit a workout into my schedule. Highly recommend!

I'm not worried about the cleanliness or how friendly the staff is it's a gym. Has anyone lost any WEIGHT and if yes how long did it take? How many times per week did you workout? How long was each workout session?

The owner is incredibly rude and the bathrooms always reek of sewage making the entire place smell bad.

My go to, friendly staff and they half all the equipment I need. I like how it's not super packed so it's easy to book rooms alone, and workout in the gym without too many ppl around

in love with the concept of this, i felt truly brand new after my sauna workout. the saunas aren't too hot and use infrared technology so you don't get sweaty and unable to breathe like you might expect. i did my free class and plan to become a member asap.
