This absolutely breathtaking hotel was the location for an absolutely gorgeous wedding. I designed wedding flowers last week with Platinum Petals who put together such absolutely wonderful floral designs and helped the bride experience the wedding of her dreams. Without a doubt one of my favorite hotels in Dallas to assist with weddings.

We love the Hotel Crescent Court venue and F&B team! Thank you for always taking such good care of our clients. Our team at Lottie & Co. Events cannot say greater compliments for your partnership and top notch service.
The versatility of the indoor and outdoor options are incredible! A thoughtful tuck away in the big city. The courtyard made the most beautiful photos recently for our couple. Thank you again and again. We look forward to many more in the future.

I was not planning to stay at the Hotel Crescent Court, but unfortunately was stuck in the Dallas snow storm in January and couldn't get home. I was stuck walking in the pelting, freezing ice for about 30 minutes before I gave up and found the nearest hotel-- this hotel. I came in covered in icicles and could barely talk to the man at the front desk due to how hard my teeth were chattering from being freezing. I explained that I couldn't get home, my phone was on 2% battery and I had only my license and credit card with me.
This man told me that the cheapest room available was $800 and the phone chargers in the room were an additional $60. He then proceeded to tell me that I could walk to the nearest gas station to pick up a phone charger, if I did not want to pay that amount. The audacity given my current state.
Because I physically could not go anywhere else (safely and warmly), I reluctantly paid the $800 for the one night stay. The moment I got into the room, the thermostat read 54 degrees F. The entire stay, it would not get above 65. I was FREEZING. The sheets were thin, the thermostat didn't work. I turned the shower on to steam up the bathroom and I sat on the floor, covered in towels for hours to get warm. I used the bed for maybe a total of 45 minutes, and was at the hotel for less than 7 hours.
The minute I could get an Uber home, I did.
I can't believe I spent $800 on such a terrible hotel experience.

I was looking forward to staying at The Crescent but unfortunately a blizzard in the north east cancelled all flights. I was hoping that they would allow me to reschedule for another day when flights would take off, but they held firm to no modifications. That is absolutely their right based on the policy. But I would have hoped that they would find a way to make a blizzard exception and allow guests to switch to another open night.

Sixty vines review. Food was delicious. Service was slow for a Saturday afternoon. Took 30 min to get my salad which arrived before my appetizer which I ended up wrapping up and taking home.
