I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Whitney over the phone! She truly went above and beyond to explain all the massage services and take the time to understand my needs. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I felt so welcomed and reassured after our conversation.
It’s rare to speak with someone who makes you feel truly heard and cared for, and Whitney did exactly that. I will definitely be booking my appointment and recommending Hand & Stone to my friends and family. Thank you, Whitney, for making such a great first impression! ❤
