It was a great experience…and Jessica and Tomeka were amazing! They were friendly and professional…responsive and flexible in working through all of the details! Definitely a 5-star experience!

I read the other reviews and I feel like Im in the twilight zone or something. My experience has been FABULOUS from *** unlike some complaints. My first full Utility bill was $89 (Thats **** in ** ??) The landscapers have been on site every week since we moved in. (1.5 months now) *********** have been nothing but delightful with every issue Ive had to date. All my neighbors are friendly & polite. Now I have had some issues with the **** sub contractor and the landscaping contractor cutting each others lines (poor communication) on 3 separate occasions prior to getting it right. I started looking to build in Grand Prairie, TX and I selected the Belleza Townhomes in Mira Lagos.. Prairie, TX. I signed my contract Aug 7, 2021, and the unit had a tentative completion date of April 2022. I live in a different state, so I didn't have the luxury of driving by the site regularly to see progress. I was told, by the site contact that I would receive bi-weekly updates. I never received those on a consistent basis until Sara took over. The site contact was released by Grenadier in early February and the new site contact, Sara Smith, was fabulous to work with.
