Luis was very professional, friendly and thorough! I wish I could pick him again for my next inspection. He saved me from all the underlying problems. Amazing inspector. The inspection report was better than I expected! They put in their inspection report a little “Buyer’s notice” notes in there which is a nice touch. If you want a good unbiased thorough inspection I highly recommend Green Scene! I definitely will be using you guys again for my next house! During the buying process sometimes you can get attached to a specific house, but leave it to the professionals to inspect it before you make that final decision!

Travis our inspector was professional and went over everything. He took the time to answer questions. He did a thorough job in inspecting the home going over every inch of the home. He took time to address some things and large. I would recommend their service and would use them again when purchasing a home.

Excellent Inspection report, extremely detailed inspection and video to match. Exceptional service! They also offer a follow up service for homeowners that assists with hiring plumbers and contractors for work, then inspecting the work after it is done. The pre-buying inspection was so thorough, we plan to look into the follow up service also
