Had an amazing experience with Jeff just now. He was great to talk with and so welcoming throughout my time here! Great with scissors and has a good grasp on customer service. Haven’t had my hair cut by a barber since 2020 and I must say Jeff is my new barber!! Thank you so much Jeff! See you in 3 weeks!

Their online check-in is a good practice and well priced haircuts but the amount of inconsistency from one haircut to the next is not acceptable. Proceed at your own risk, may get a great haircut or mediocre one.

The last 2 times in a row I've gone to the west northwest highway location they cut the hair above my left ear a bit to high and made it uneven. I'm going to give this place one last chance. if they mess up again I'm not going to bother going here anymore. Aster(might be spelling it wrong) definitely redeemed this place. Ask for aster or shay, they do an incredible job.Service: Haircut
