    Called before coming. I wanted to see what the wait time was. I was at the Intersection. Person on the phone was rude but still went inside. When checking In I recognize the voice on top of that there’s only two other people that were working in the shop. Found out after checked in a she was the one cutting. I should have walked the. After I sat down in the seat I was asked what kind of haircut do I want I said 1/4 to a 1/2 fade then Finger length on top. Then the hairstylist got rude once again. I got up and I don’t need your services and I walked out.I’m sure There are other stylist that are awesome in that shop but that woman was not.

    I'm not very picky about haircuts, so I've never had a problem with going to Great Clips for a quick trim. I can no longer justify that after the worst experience I've had. To be fair, I was a little thrown off by the COVID experience/precautions, so I didnt speak up for myself the way I normally would. But I was never once asked what I envisioned for my hair. The stylist asked me what length I wanted; she had an issue when I said I wanted it to be clavicle length so I said I was okay with it going a little past the shoulder. She then spent fewer than 10 minutes chopping off my long locks. When she got a mirror to show me the back I thought she was just confirming full review

    Came in to get a haircut, although it was about 30 minutes to close since I didn’t know hours had changed (and I was wearing a mask, just so we’re clear), and the woman at the counter was very rude to me - I understand the frustration, but considering I believe she might be a lead, that’s no way to represent your store. She didn’t even really make it clear that she was accepting my business, and was snide when I asked if she was. Fortunately, the other employee in the store welcomed me to a chair, chatted with me, and took care of my haircut as normal, no stipulations included. Long story short, service was fine minus one unprofessional employee, and, hopefully, full review
