Well, I highly recommend Grand Openings. The minute Chris Morris’s crew arrived, I truly didn’t have to give any instruction. They covered the rugs and all the furniture in the room where they were going to replace the windows. They used a single door, even though two doors were offered to that room. They minimized as much disturbance as possible. They cleaned up and did a fabulous job of caulking. You honestly could not tell they were even there when all was said and done. It is a tremendous superior job and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience throughout entire process! Chris M within Dallas showroom couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. We have used GO for two homes. We went with Western for a very large slider and Quaker for windows within both homes. Very pleased with quality of products and superb installation service. Recently discovered a minor issue with a window installed years ago and Chris is jumping through hoops to get this item addressed. I can’t speak towards some of the negative reviews as I have been very pleased at every juncture of process. I will continue to send friends their way.

Edit: they've reached out to me to try to make it right, but too late for me to do anything with it. I did appreciate the team reaching out. Seems like they have a new service manager who is trying to clean things up. I really appreciated the gesture of refunding my $150 service fee. Updating to 3 stars for the effort to fix things and trying to get someone back out to fix my door. Hopefully a better experience for future customers.-----No idea what is going on over there, but this place is a mess. Weeks go by without email responses.
