About good earth, Inc.
Good Earth, Inc. is a company that manages highway and business grass areas and has been around since the late 1970s. While the company generally performs a fair job in maintaining these areas, there are mixed reviews about their overall service and staff behavior. Some customers have experienced issues with staff responsiveness and professionalism, particularly with customer service representatives who can be rude or unhelpful. One notable complaint involved a driver whose car was hit by flying debris from a tractor, resulting in damage and a frustrating experience with claims and communication. Additionally, there are concerns about the company's HR practices, with reports of long wait times for government document processing and staff who lack responsibility or empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive health issues. Despite these issues, the company’s work on highways is seen as satisfactory, but customer service and internal management could benefit from improvement.
