I have been going to Glorious nail salon for the past 5 years and the service is always exceptional. From the way they welcome you, to the service, offering you beverages and making you feel at home, everything is 10/10! My girls Niki and Blessing always get me right. Everyone is amazing in this place. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.
I’m writing this review because I came in yesterday and witnessed a terrible customer and noticed she left this business a bad review. Her comment below is under Melissa & brown sugar. I was sitting and getting my nails done as usual, and she came in with a bag of trash and instructed the front desk person to throw it away. Verbatim she said “how much do I have to pay you to throw trash away” in a very condescending tone. You could visibly tell she had already been intoxicated, and when she came in, she asked the front desk lady for a drink. They could tell she was intoxicated & for her safety. I enjoyed this nail salon while I lived in Dallas. They did quality work each time I went in and were always kind. Each staff member is incredibly talented.
The only thing I didn't understand is that the price for my nails fluctuated from visit to visit. I'd get the same thing done, literally every time, and sometimes I paid $5 more or $5 less. So, some visits I was charged $50, others $55. It never reflected a difference on the checkout screen. I got dip nails.
So, good experience overall. Just inconsistencies with the price.
