The whole staff is very Ghetto & they are all cruel to their Paying customers went once & will Never return, and the Owner Nikki no matter how many wigs u glue on & makeup you STAY wearing & that Botched Surgery.. (And the Dr. missed that Neck)she has it will Never fix the inside of her, She is Beyond Pathetic

A little over a week ago I had an appointment at this establishment for a facial. I really had high hopes due to reading the reviews and viewing the studio's IG page. Sad to to say I was thoroughly disappointed. My appointment did not start on time, the linen on the table had a stain (I know I should have left then smh), the customer service aspect was totally non existent. I had a brief conservation with the esthetician to explain my concerns with my skin and needing helping with what type of facial to book next time and more importantly what products to use on skin to reach my skin care goal.
