Saturday evening and our AC was out. We called and within thirty minutes our technician arrived. He knew exactly what happened and within ten minutes solved the problem. He was completely masked for covid in a ver y hot and humid attic but delivered service with a smile. We are so very lucky.
Mauricio was professional, courteous, and I feel like he gave me the best possible price considering it is Sunday and Labor Day is tomorrow! I didn’t think we would have water until at least Tuesday but he moved Heaven and Earth to get us water tomorrow as early as possible. Thank you so much Mauricio!!
Fantastic work quick efficient and explained every part of the operation. I got some new parts on my old system looking to upgrade eventually this is a great company in great customer service when you call them.
