Saturday evening and our AC was out. We called and within thirty minutes our technician arrived. He knew exactly what happened and within ten minutes solved the problem. He was completely masked for covid in a ver y hot and humid attic but delivered service with a smile. We are so very lucky.
Mauricio was professional, courteous, and I feel like he gave me the best possible price considering it is Sunday and Labor Day is tomorrow!
