I had a great experience with my dryer technician Nelso. He did an excellent job, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciate his hard work, attention to detail, and great customer service. My dryer is working perfectly now!
I highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair. Thank you for the amazing service!
Nelson was very professional and on time. He was thorough with the inspection and made sure our vents were not obstructed and in good working condition. He went above and beyond, even showing us pictures of how the vents looked. In the future, if we need help with our vent again, we will definitely be going with Nelson and fresh air duct cleaning! Thank you again!
Nelson evaluated my situation, and rather than trying to up-sell me for more services (I had previously been told my duct needed replacement as it could develop pin holes and catch fire. Nelson said it was in good shape. He was efficient , courteous and cleaned up
