New to Dallas I searched the web looking for a new lash studio to call home. I booked with Flirty girl lashes. A few hours after I booked I received a call stating that my lash tech had a family emergency and that they could only accommodate me at another location further from where I lived. I really needed my lashes done so I booked. I received my lash service and was encouraged to book my refill appointment two weeks ahead. I obliged. Shortly after I left, my lashes were falling out non stop. By the next week I had none left. Regardless, I was going to give them a chance and just express with my tech what happened at my follow up appointment. The day of the appointment arrived and I had a family emergency as they did when I booked two weeks prior. I receive a notification that I had been charged $45 from flirty girl lashes without any service being done. I call and spoke to JT. She lets me know that they attempted to call me and because I was a no call no show the cancellation fee is the actual charge for the service I was scheduled to receive. I then expressed to her why I wasn't able to make it and if I could reschedule. She said I could reschedule but I'd be charged again. I was livid. I will never return to this place as they have zero compassion for the clients and the service is poor. The unprofessionalism was unbelievable. Overall a complete rip off. They see the client as a dollar sign and not human beings. Truly sad.

Very comfortable chairs, but I'd like the "stalls" to be a bit more spacious.

This is the first time in my life that I have ever written a negative review for anything or anyone...I'm only here to prevent anyone else going through the absolute nightmare of an experience I had at this studio. Years ago, it was a clean, great, professional studio but it has gone TOTALLY DOWNNHILL. The bathroom had a dead, squished cockroach on the floor and when I quietly let the front desk girl know, she seemed irritated. There were dirt streaks on the door and walls...it was just gross. I should have left just based on the lack of cleanliness and rude front desk person.....sadly, I marched on. My tech seemed to have little interest in how I wanted my eyelashes done...as she applied them, she poked my eyelid almost every time a new lash was glued on. I let her know, but she continued. When she finished, one eye had at least 1/3 more lashes (it was NOTICEABLE) so I gently asked her to fix it. She gave me more attitude. Side note: my lashes looked SO TACKY and my eyes hurt. I convinced myself it was just the terrible experience making me "think" my pain was worse than it really was. Alas, 1 week later and it still HURT to blink!?!? She had applied the lashes to my eyelids!!! When I tried to get a refund or, at least removal, the customer service was even worse than the first day. As a business owner myself, I feel for other businesses... I remained as gentle as I could be while also being clear that I was unhappy with the expwrience and still having pain. Finally, 2 weeks later, a kind manager let me come in for a removal at no cost. The tech was a different woman and the experience was honestly traumatic. She barely let the dissolver sit on my lashes and each lash she removed (see: PLUCKED), hurt. I am left with wisps for lashes ...that being said, they will grow back but the absolute garbage experience I had at this dirty and poorly trained facility is something I'll be sure and never experience again. Please don't risk it!!!! Everyone makes mistakes! No one is above making mistakes / failures, BUT, when people mistreat you for THEIR mistakes and deny, deflect, react...RUN. There are so many options in this city, don't risk going through what I did!! Get a referral from someone and find a solid studio with well trained staff and good customer service! Just ask the next person you see with great lashes -

I just moved to Dallas from the West Coast and was looking for a local place to get my lashes done. I have had them done for nearly 3 years straight with no problems from the prior salons I've visited, until today. The lady at the front desk was nice and the booking process was simple. However, once I met with the aesthetician, my opinion on this salon quickly changed. She was cold and not welcoming, even when I mentioned it was my first time here. I brought with me a picture of the lash details the woman at the previous salon I visited used, as to provide context for what I wanted done (there was absolutely 0 consultation period here, even though (again) I told them it was my first time). The aesthetician took a look at my photo and made no remark on whether she understood or would be able to do a similar style. Odd. Once I laid down, she began to go to work with absolutely 0 context or overview; idea: when someone has their eyes closed and can't see what you're doing to their face (especially for the first time), it would be nice to provide some commentary so they can relax and feel confident you're doing the right thing. What bugged me the most was that she was constantly grabbing my forehead with her fingers and pushing my face from side to side when she was switching eyes. NEVER at the 3 salons I've visited previously has anyone ever had the need to push my face around. The appointment ended in about 50 minutes, and she never once tried to chat with me or ask me if I was comfortable. I wasn't. It was freezing in there and they didn't provide blankets or appear to have the heat on (it's December and very cold outside). Once we were done, she told me I needed to "book more time" next time because I apparently had some lashes that were stuck together that she didn't "have time to fix". I asked her what she meant, because I booked a "full set" (which is the longest possible time slot) and there wasn't even an option to book by the minute/time? Then she said "nevermind". They ended up charging me for a 4-week fill (even though in reality it had only been 2 weeks since my last appointment; I only booked a full set online because it was my first time here so I wanted adequate time to go over what I wanted). Will not be coming back.

Go to this location if you're looking to have a a horrible experience. I tried to be patient but going to my appointment and then being closed after they sent multiple reminders and me calling to confirm was the last straw. 1. They don't respect your time and still charge your card. 2. I asked for honest advice on what would look good and received an "I don't know" that's your problem answer. 3. The glue they use burns so bad and my lashes fell off the next day even though I've done my lashes back home for years and that never happened upon just one brush. I never write reviews but seriously today was a lack of respect for time and plans. Luckily another location was professional enough to actually do their job.

I've been getting my lashes done for four years at a different business with little to no issues but I recently moved into the area and gave Flirty Girl Lash Studio a try. The front desk girl was nice and my lash tech was polite as well but I was never asked how I wanted my lashes to look, how long I wanted them, did I want a specific shape, etc which immediately made me nervous. When I got home, lashes already started falling out. I am aware of shedding lashes and do not generally worry when I see them fall out, but these were clumps without my natural lash attached. I don't work out, shower, wash my face, etc for at least 12-18 hours after I get a fill and have NEVER seen shedding like this before. That being said, I had to get another fill 4 days later. 4 days! I was so empty on lashes, they made me get a "3 week fill" versus a 1 week. If you want your lashes to last more than a day, I'd say avoid this place all together.
