Very great service here. Waited in a great area with TV, cookies, coffee, snack machine, and water. Comfy seats as well. I very much like this Ford and area. I am a Ford customer for life and lived around the area, I am surprised I never stepped foot into five star Ford! I want my next vehicle from here! This is my new fav Ford dealership.
Wow, what a great experience have I had buying multiple vehicles from 5 Star and then today after wasting 4 weeks with Rockwall Ford and never solving an issue with my Power Boost 240 outlet, Steve (Service Manager) and his techs were able to identify the issue within 20 minutes. Imagine 4 weeks versus 20 minutes. I new I should have taken my truck to get serviced at 5 Star but I have been sick with Long Covid for 4 years and couldn't drive the 30 minutes to their dealership. BIG / HUGE MISTAKE!!!

Had a great Experience with the Service Department! Brett my new Service Advisor ! He came out to greet me and did a checklist on my new 25 Mustang and they did a complimentary oil change on my Mustang and fluid check ! First class Service from Bret ! He also went over they did and vacuumed my Mustang , too cold too wash ! Well I was waiting went to their Caffe such a nice lady she made me an Awesome Bagel with jam & cream cheese and a nice coffee ☕️ brought to my Table !
She is a hoot wanted to Thank me for buying a new Mustang from Sam Pack !
