The Fit 180 experience is unbeatable for a million reasons. It’s the people, the vibe, the personal attention - and it all comes from the top down. Julie, the owner is just an exceptional motivator and her company culture reflects that. You just get an infusion of support that I’ve never found anywhere else. That’s the secret sauce. None of her trainers phone it in - it’s customized to you and where you are. You’re not pushed beyond your limits, nor are you slighted with a slow or non-customer-focused day. I started at Fit180 when I was 32 weeks pregnant and I had such an easy delivery! We focused on my pelvic floor and core muscles. We also worked on my legs and glutes. Each trainer was engaging and made my workouts fun! I fully believe I had a better delivery because of my workouts with Fit180!

I first came to Fit180 studio 3 months before my wedding. I was working out consistently and trying every diet you can imagine and still not seeing results. I started going 3x per week leading up to my wedding and I can say it was life changing. They rally taught me how to manage my nutrition, held me accountable, and pushed me during training sessions. I lost 10 pounds, am the skinniest I've been since college, and gained muscle tone. If you're looking to really push before your wedding, I highly recommend going here!
