As part of our Milestone service contract Firestone came out for a roof refresh. The tech, Anthony, was great. Prompt, courteous, and thorough making sure we knew what he was doing and photo evidence of everything. I scheduled an attic seal service and roof inspection. George N. provided a thorough inspection of my roof and let me know my roof was in great condition. Anthony was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about our roofing job. He was transparent about before and after service, which was insightful. He also went above and beyond to help us get a specialist give us a free estimate to remove old unused equipment on roof and get rid of wasps next to our doorway and his ladder. Thank you Anthony!
