Like any other contractor you hire to do work, there is always a possibility an issue can arise. It is how the contractor handles the issue that will salvage a good working relationship with a consumer. Such was the case with Firehouse Roofing. There was an issue that was quickly resolved by a supervisor whom after my initial call to him, stayed involved with my repair work. Then, the owner of Firehouse Roofing called me later to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. That alone should tell you about the commitment from this roofing company to make sure things are done right. I discovered a hole in my roof and damage on my gutters. contacted Firehouse Roofing. They came out the next day, assessed the damage, gave me the repair cost. I accepted, and the following day the crew arrived on time, did the repair and cleaned up all the debri in the yard. They did the job so well that it is totally unnoticeable. I highly recommend Firehouse Roofing. A very satisfied customer.

Fantastic work from beginning to end. Slater was very thorough in looking over our old roof and took lots of photos and videos to share with us when he was done. He also helped walk us through the process of filing a claim with our home insurance company. When he passed us on to scheduling the replacement and ordering supplies, Christian kept us in the loop as far as when materials were delivered and what the replacement day would look like. I remember with my mom's house years ago it took a couple of days to replace the roof and it seemed a huge headache before, during and after.
