Highly recommend training with Steve at Fighting 4 Fitness to support your fitness and health goals! I started training with Steve for specific goals I had during my pregnancy. Steve customized each weekly training session based on where I was in my pregnancy and my goals. These training sessions allowed me to maintain and gain strength and mobility which I believe supported me in a wonderful and healthy labor and delivery. Im now in postpartum recovery and feel my recovery has been smoother due to the training I had with Steve. Steve is an expert and customizes each session based upon each clients’ needs and goals. I was fortunate enough to have found Steve through a stellar recommendation from my doctor. I've been training with Steve for about 6 months, and have seen/felt incredible positive changes in my body and lifestyle choices. When I started with Steve, I was 30 lbs overweight, 30% body fat, extremely high blood pressure, poor diet, drinking, sedentary lifestyle and hated working out. I was extremely discouraged from a recent disastrous 3-month experience with a previous fitness program that promised quick results with the "perfect workout". I started training with Steve just about a year ago and have already noticed a significant improvement in energy levels, sleep, and body. I came to gain muscle and live a healthier lifestyle and that’s exactly what I’ve received plus MORE! Steve truly knows how to cater to ones individual needs whether that is through working out, eating habits, and/or overall lifestyle habits.
