I really like this place due to its convenience and the facials are good. But I really wish they had online booking, it would streamline the service soooo much better. The fact that I have to call several times to book an appointment in 2026 is mind blowing to me.

Facelogic Dallas really earned my respect and business after a recent situation that forced me to have to reschedule due to an emergency circumstance. I have enjoyed my experience and facilist which is the reason I continue to rebook. As a woman I look forward to my bookings for many reasons, a treat to myself and to be able to do something healthy for my skin is at the top of my list. Thank you to the staff that was able to accommodate my needs as I look forward to continue my treatments at Facelogic Dallas.

I was really disappointed with my facial experience. Instead of feeling relaxing or rejuvenating, it felt more like an infomercial. The focus was heavily on selling products and upgrades rather than providing a calming, spa-like service. I left feeling stressed instead of refreshed, which defeats the purpose of booking a facial. It didn’t help the tech kept leaving during the ordeal and the part I was looking forward to the most was skipped, which was the exfoliating process. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for and I wouldn’t return.
