Cecilia was fantastic for Brazilian and legs. So much less pan than normal and very careful not to miss anything!

Cecilia, is very experienced and does a great job. I have sensitive skin and did not have any irritations. She also has a great personality!

So was so so great. I would recommend her every time. She is very professional and sweet and does her job very nicely and smooth. I really didn’t feel any discomfort with her work.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I’ve been a loyal European Wax Center client for years and have consistently had excellent experiences at my regular location (Preston/Royal). The estheticians there are careful, professional, and attentive, especially for sensitive services like Brazilians, where technique and client care matter.

Today, my wife and I visited a different EWC location after she spoke highly of an esthetician named Jordan. We booked our appointments together. My wife went first for a leg wax, and I observed that Jordan was very attentive with her… appropriately massaging the skin between pulls and taking her time.

Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. During my upper lip wax, the same area was waxed repeatedly (three times), which caused unnecessary pain and irritation. At one point, wax became stuck, and instead of properly addressing it, Jordan used her fingernail and fingers directly on my skin to remove it. This was uncomfortable and felt unprofessional, especially given how sensitive the area already was.

There was no skin-soothing technique between pulls, no checking in, and the overall approach felt rushed and impersonal. Because of this experience, I decided not to proceed with my Brazilian appointment. I did not feel confident or safe continuing with such an intimate service.

I’m sharing this to be transparent and to encourage others to trust their instincts. Waxing, especially in sensitive areas, requires consistency, care, and respect for the client’s comfort. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during my visit. I do not recommend.

This EW has horrible communication! This is the second time I’ve had my appt canceled same day. With the excuse of we called but did not leave a vm, that is not ok when I take the toll to come here. The first time it happened I went with a different waxer and it was TERRIBLE so obviously that was not an option this time! I don’t think I will be returning for the new year which SUCKS because I love my waxer.

Karina was so nice, she made the experience comfortable and quick. It was my first ever Brazilian wax so was a bit nervous but it wasn’t bad at all. Definitely recommend !!

Danika’s service was amazing and is always amazing. She’s so personable and always recommends amazing products for my skin.

Jordan really cares about her services she provides.

Jordan was kind, efficient, and conscientious! Genuinely concerned about my comfort!! And did a great job, I made sure to reschedule with her for my next appointment before I left the studio.
