**Be aware** You enter through the Juicy Seafood parking lot off of Vantage Point drive. The gate directly on Vantage Point drive is closed. I ended up driving around to the other side of 635 trying to find the entrance before I called and someone informed me that you have to enter through the Juicy Seafood parking lot.
I only just dropped off my machine, so I will updated accordingly once I receive a quote an/or get my machine back.

I arrived at Espresso RMI a few weeks ago for a part and to look at espresso machines. I greeted by Mikael who has so much knowledge of the many brands. I left knowing what I needed because an exceptional person. Thank you Mikeal.

Shipped my cherished ECM espresso machine to RMI from Houston for repair. After less than a week got a call from the service technician describing the issues found and the repair quote inclusive of return shipping. After approval the repair was done and the machine shipped back quickly. They did a very thorough and complete job. It's now back and created a lovely latte this morning for the first time in 2 weeks! Thanks
