I had several issues related to my adult life over-weight condition. The Equilibrium recognized them and delivered solutions for me. I had almost given up before the delightful surprise
The pandemic changed many things. Personally, my lifestyle changed, and I started working at home and the kitchen was always accessible so unfortunately, I ate a lot of food and the mostly the wrong foods. Needless to say, I needed to lose some fat to regard my self-image and confidence back. I consulted with Equilibrium through an internet consult. I was SO pleased that I could do my entire program through video sessions well all but the labs. Easy. Recommended
The ladies are so gentle and supportive in helping you reach your goals! The are understanding and have solutions to help you get through challenges while still experiencing success. So glad I found them!
