Got off on the wrong floor and noticed the banner outside for a Glo2Facial. I had seen on social media how cool this treatment can be. Decided to stop by this office after my doctor appointment and hen I say top notch I mean top notch treatment. The front desk was very welcoming and attentive, I received a brochure on the treatment and there was a provider available named Erika who explained the Glo2 so well and what I would be receiving. I'm beyond excited to come in for my facial which I booked at that exact moment. Thank you all for making me feel good about my initial inquiry.

I had such an amazing experience at Epi Centre from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your results and overall experience, this is it!! I love the fact that they offer complimentary consultations. I came back this week for treatment, and the difference was clear. The appointment felt organized, calm, and professional. Communication was thorough, expectations were clearly set, and I felt informed throughout the entire process.
As a male patient navigating aesthetic treatments, clarity and alignment matter to me. This visit reflected the patient-focused experience I had hoped for from the start.
I’m updating this to five stars. I’ll be back.

Original Review: This place is a real-life Upstairs, Downstairs situation.
Upstairs (6th floor): Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute Calm, serene, professional. The doctors actually know aesthetics, explain things clearly, and treat you like an adult making informed decisions. I left feeling confident, educated, and genuinely taken care of. Easy recommendation.
Downstairs (5th floor): EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center Pure chaos. Overpacked waiting room with people and product stacked everywhere. An employee literally reached over me to grab merchandise without saying excuse me.
I didn’t feel especially comfortable or considered in the space. There was also a Valentine’s Day–themed buffet set out, along with a raffle to enter, which added to the overall low-brow, sales-floor feeling rather than a clinical or patient-focused one.
Staff couldn’t clearly explain the procedures I asked about without repeatedly grabbing someone else. Conversations felt sales-driven, not patient-driven. Lots of “specials” focused on quantity of treatments, very little focus on whether I actually understood what was being done or if it was right for me.
Bottom line: If you’re here for surgeons and aesthetics, stay upstairs. It’s Downton Abbey. If you want calm, knowledgeable, patient-focused care, skip the chaos of the 5th floor and look elsewhere.

First time at EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center and I was extremely impressed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the focus was on natural results and what was best for me. Beautiful space and an excellent overall experience. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier aesthetic care in Dallas.

They don’t seem to care whether the treatment improves your skin — they just want the money. In my experience, they were focused on profit rather than results. My skin became significantly worse, and I lost $2,000 on the laser procedure. I would not recommend this place.
