*** and his Coworker did a great job. They were timely, friendly, and professional. Our salesman **** was exceptional. He guided us through the process of picking a new system, answered all our questions, and there was a lot of them. He always answered or returned our calls and texts. Tiger Air as a whole was a pleasure to work with and would recommend them, like they were to us! Our house is nice and cozy with the work they provided us with.

Just had a great experience with Tiger. Shelby answered the phone and had a markedly pleasant and engaging attitude, setting up an appointment for me very quickly. Then Abraham came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Though it was an easy fix, he too was thoughtfully explaining what was going on, and thorough in exploring other potential issues and ensuring all was working well. It is always a pleasure to work with capable and kind people!

Mendy is absolutely amazing!!! He saved us lots of time and money by doing a REAL diagnosis of the issue we had with our heater when two other companies couldn’t figure it out or were trying to wildly overcharge us. I’m so happy I called Tiger and we will only go to them from now on. Also Shelby and Jack over the phone were so so nice and helpful. I couldn’t be more grateful!!
