After my previous A/C repair contractor decided that they would not service my mini-split system because they did not install it, I decided to give Tiger Air a call. They came to my house as scheduled and on time, our Tech was able to determine that the system was low on refrigerant which confirmed the error code that the unit had displayed. Low refrigerant also meant that there could be a refrigerant leak. The tech recommended performing a leak test to find the leak.
