When I first went to East Lake Dental, I really liked it, but the last few times I visited, I was not a happy patient. I felt like my concerns weren't addressed and basically brushed off and then I went for a second opinion with another dentist and found out the problems I was concerned about were all actually cavities and needed fillings. My family member that used East Lake Dental was not impressed either and she feels like the work Dr. DeSutter had completed felt rushed and wasn't great quality. We will not be returning to East Lake Dental and do not recommend their services.

I found East Lake Dental from a recommendation in Nextdoor since I'm new to the area. Dr. DeSutter, Kate and the whole team are just lovely. I came in convinced I needed a bunch of work and he basically said, there's nothing wrong. I think that's rare in most of today's super corporate private equity owned dental practices for them not to want to take your money. I felt at ease, totally trusting of him and his team and I love I can text to get appointments! This has a wonderful,family owned feeling to it and I can tell they honestly care about their patients well being without trying to upsell you.

The East Lake Dental group is the best bunch I’ve ever had taking care of my teeth. (That is a period at the end.) But, I want to go on. Every person there is very professional with their care. It gets even better!! They make you feel like family (one that gets along and without a problem person), they really care about us. If you don’t love your dental group then give ELD a call. You’ll be so glad😉

Was in for a routine cleaning. Heather was thorough and attentive. She pointed out a problem to Dr de Sutter. What was a potential last time became a priority. Thank you both for this observation. ❤️

Went there for years and missed one appointment. Called immediately only to be hit with a $50 reschedule fee. Cate told me to pay the $50 or find another practice. Cate was rude and unsympathetic. Ultimately got told to find another practice. While I was there my hygienist, Julie, was great.
